Recipe Manager

SPN's Recipe Manager consists of a Step Editor and a Recipe Editor.

Step Editor

The Step Editor is a series of editable variables that are saved in Step File. The number of Step Files that can be saved is unlimited.

Recipe Editor

The Recipe Editor arranges and saves a series of Step Files that make up a complete Recipe. The number of Recipe Files that can be saved is unlimited.

Recipe Management for Cluster Tools

In a multi chamber tool, the steps themselves, and the aggregation of steps into recipes are saved into tables in the underlying relational database.
